Join our growing Maintenance Team in Holman UK. You will travel to our Chippenham offices Monday‑Friday for the first 3‑6 months for training, then work hybrid. This is a permanent role with a salary of £28,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vehicle off‑road (VOR) follow‑up progression and updates.
  • Oversee progress follow‑up and updates.
  • Manage in‑flight repair jobs within the Masterserve and dealership networks.
  • Reduce time a vehicle or asset spends off‑road by challenging vendors and exploring alternative options.
  • Review and pursue alternative repair methods such as alternative parts supply.
  • Identify trends and escalating network performance concerns to Vendor Management.
  • Liaise with manufacturers on repairs where technical assistance is needed.
  • Raise and manage manufacturer cases for back‑order parts and loss‑of‑use claims or replacement vehicle requests.
  • Proactively chase customers waiting for authority.
  • Arrange vehicle movements when the repair network lacks capability or capacity.
  • Process rental off‑hire when a VOR event closes.
  • Handle incoming VOR calls from customers, suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Follow up events after a no‑fixable roadside event.
  • Hold customer VOR calls where applicable.
  • Communicate VOR updates to stakeholders and the business.
  • Escalate concerns to technical colleagues or team leader where appropriate.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the motor industry; knowledge of vehicle/engine repairs, diagnostic processes and garage procedures is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles and follow safety instructions; desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to read, interpret and transcribe data for accurate record‑keeping.
  • Ability to read service and repair manuals and work orders.
  • Experience working in a pressurised environment, maintaining composure, empathy and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working to targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
