What Will You Be Doing?

  • Making a difference by taking calls from customers who need help with their company vehicles—whether it’s organizing a service, arranging maintenance, or handling a breakdown.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to book services, repairs, and recovery vehicles—courtesy vehicles or rental vehicles.
  • Providing top-tier customer service by keeping everyone updated on progress, and handling any issues with a smile.
  • Being a team player by stepping up to support the Driver Support Team and assisting with ad-hoc tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a call or contact centre environment (we love that you can handle the pressure!).
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment—deadlines and KPIs don’t make you panic.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in the motor industry, but it’s not a dealbreaker!
