What Will You Be Doing?
- Making a difference by taking calls from customers who need help with their company vehiclesâwhether itâs organizing a service, arranging maintenance, or handling a breakdown.
- Coordinating with suppliers to book services, repairs, and recovery vehiclesâcourtesy vehicles or rental vehicles.
- Providing top-tier customer service by keeping everyone updated on progress, and handling any issues with a smile.
- Being a team player by stepping up to support the Driver Support Team and assisting with ad-hoc tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call or contact centre environment.
