We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a HGV Compliance Coordinator (Maternity Cover) to join our Operations Team here at Holman UK. For the first 6 months you’ll need to spend at least 5 days a week in the office before we move you over to our hybrid model of Tues‑Thurs in the office whilst working from home on a Monday and Friday, so please bear this in mind when applying. This is a temporary 12‑14 month opportunity and the salary for this role will be £30,000 rising to £31,000 following the successful completion of your probationary period.
You must come from a transport background and have experience of working with fleet compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively monitor all compliance schedules for all vehicle types
- Outbound chase all compliance bookings liaising with vendors, drivers and customers
- Ensure all required job types are booked within the specified date or date range
- Ensure all data is updated in a timely and accurate manner
- Highlight any incorrect contact data to specified
