The Department
The Corporate Responsibility team is currently comprised of 2 in London and 1 in Singapore. Our Corporate Responsibility strategic framework comprises two pillars:

• Communities: Charity partnerships, donations, volunteering and pro bono;
• Climate: Sustainability in our operations and our value chain.

Key Responsibilities
● Working with the Chief Operating Officer, design, manage and implement the firm's global Corporate Responsibility (CR) strategy.
● Define CR objectives and appropriate measures to assess the firm's performance against specific CR targets and KPIs.
● Collaborate with senior leadership, partner champions, and Business Service Heads to manage key global CR projects, such as climate action, and global charity partnerships.
● Manage global CR campaigns.
● Work with partners and other CR champions in their roles as chair/co-chairs of internal committees and networks.
● Collaborate with Facilities on environmental initiatives as required.
● Liaise with clients and suppliers to promote CR initiatives and engage with new clients and suppliers.
● Serve as the main contact for external CR partners, such as charity partners.
● Handle external and internal communications for the firm on CR, with support from the Communications team.
● Respond to external requests for information and submissions, such as Ecovadis and client requests.
● Prepare reports on the firm's CR strategy, objectives and performance as required.
● Attend relevant external events and activities.
● Manage the CR budget.
● Maintain CR content for the website, intranet, firm brochures, etc.
● Joint line management of the Corporate Responsibility Manager in the Singapore office, and Corporate Responsibility Executive in the London office.
● Any other ad hoc duties as may be required.

Key Skills & Experience Required
● At least five years' previous CR experience in a professional services firm.
● A track record for delivery of impactful CR initiatives.
● Commercial outlook.
● Results-oriented.
● Consultative.
● Excellent communication skills and a flair for delivering presentations and leading meetings.
● Ability to manage internal and external relationships.
● Excellent organisational skills.
● Professional demeanour.
● High levels of discretion, confidentiality and diplomacy.
