As a Customer Service Advisor (Fleet), you’ll be the go-to person for our customers when their vehicles need TLC or a helping hand during a breakdown. We’re offering a permanent position with a starting salary of £26,000 per year.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Making a difference by taking calls from customers who need help with their company vehicles—whether it’s organizing a service, arranging maintenance, or handling a breakdown.
- Coordinating with suppliers to book services, repairs, and recovery vehicles—courtesy vehicles or rental vehicles - no two days are the same!
- Providing top-tier customer service by keeping everyone updated on progress, and handling any issues with a smile.
- Being a team player by stepping up to support the Driver Support Team and assisting with ad-hoc tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
What Are We Looking For?
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call or contact centre environment (we love that you can handle the pressure!).
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment—deadlines and KPIs don’t make you panic.
- Bonus points if you have experience in the motor industry, but it’s not a dealbreaker!
