About the Role

Hollywood Secret Service is on the lookout for a Treatment Designer & Visual Researcher to join our fast-paced and collaborative Brighton-based studio. This is a key role where you’ll lead creative research, design visually compelling pitch decks, and bring our clients’ ideas to life for television commercials. The work is dynamic, often fast-moving, and requires a creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual who thrives under pressure. Key Responsibilities

  • Confidently interpret client briefs, attend meetings, and collaborate with internal & external teams.
  • Manage client communications, process feedback, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Gather high-quality imagery (video, gifs & stills) to develop and visualise concepts.
  • Build standout presentation decks with branding, typography, logos, and layout expertise.
  • Use your creativity to make every pitch deck visually engaging and strategically powerful.
  • This is a high-speed role—each project is unique and requires quick thinking and smart tools to deliver the best results.

What You’ll Need (Essential Skills & Experience)

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced agency, creative studio, or production company.
  • A passion for advertising and a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Proficiency in InDesign & Photoshop (Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere are a bonus).
  • Strong visual storytelling, branding, and design skills.
  • A fast and organised computer user, comfortable with various media formats.
  • Showcase your best work in editorial, branding, social media, and layouts.
  • A love for design, art, film, TV, and photography.
  • UK work authorisation.

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • A degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Experience with Figma, Keynote, PowerPoint, AI image generation, or web design.
  • Ability to create video assets and motion graphics.
