With a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse and over 70 employees, Hollywood Monster collaborates with high-profile clients across industries such as construction, retail, events, and entertainment. Offering end-to-end solutions, from design and manufacturing to installation, the company combines passion, expertise, and state-of-the-art printing technology to achieve exceptional results.

This is a full-time Estimator role based in Birmingham with a hybrid working arrangement. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for signage and wide-format printing projects, analyzing project requirements, sourcing materials, and assisting with bids and proposals. Day-to-day responsibilities include liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to gather necessary information, ensuring proposals are completed within deadlines, and continually reviewing costs to optimize project efficiency while maintaining quality.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in cost estimation, budget analysis, or project forecasting
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, costing tools, and software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with clients and suppliers
  • Proficiency in interpreting project specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in the signage or printing industry is a plus
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant qualifications in business, construction management, or a related field are desirable but not mandatory
