The What…
As a Team Member, you will be at the heart of the customer’s experience!
Your responsibilities include welcoming customers, hosting parties, serving food & drinks, and providing excellent customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism.
You will be trained across all key areas of the centre, including possible kitchen duties, to support the customer journey.
Opening Hours and Shift Patterns:
Our centres are open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight. Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
- Weekday AM: 09.00 – 17.00
- Weekday PM: 17.00 – 00.00
- Weekend AM: 09.00 – 18.00
- Weekend PM: 16.00 – 01.00
Shift times may vary by centre. Induction and ongoing training will prepare you for success, with opportunities for career advancement, including apprenticeships and management training.
To succeed, you should have:
