The What…
As a Team Member, you\’ll be at the heart of the customer experience!
Your shifts may include welcoming customers, hosting parties, or serving food and drinks. Your professional, energetic, and engaging service will ensure customers have a memorable and enjoyable visit.
We train our Team Members across all key areas, so you can support at every stage of the customer journey, including work in the kitchen if needed.
Opening Hours and Shifts
Our centres are open 7 days a week, from 9am to midnight. Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, when we seek applicants available during these times.
- Weekday AM: 09:00 – 17:00
- Weekday PM: 17:00 – 00:00
- Weekend AM: 09:00 – 18:00
- Weekend PM: 16:00 – 01:00
Shift times vary by centre. Under 18s may work until midnight. You will receive thorough induction and ongoing training, with opportunities for advancement and apprenticeships.
