- Experience of supervising a team

Responsibilities
As a Facilities Team Leader you will be a highly motivated, hands‑on leader who can work alongside our centre team. You will lead and motivate your team and ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest possible standard. You will be in charge of keeping the centre maintained and complying with regulations, and will liaise with both the team and customers about any faults they experience while at the centre. You will receive a thorough induction and ongoing training and development to set you up for success, including access to apprenticeship programmes and in‑house training for progression.
