What
Whether you have a maintenance, technical, mechanical, or electrical background, this could be the next role for you. As a Facilities Team Leader you will be a highly motivated, hands‑on leader who can work alongside our centre team. You will:
- Lead and motivate the team, ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest possible standard
- Keep the centre maintained and compliant with regulations
- Liaise with both staff and customers about any faults they experience while at the centre
- Maintain machinery and facilities around the centre
- Plan and organise workload effectively, exercising good IT, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Be flexible around working hours
Qualifications
- Experience of supervising a team
- Positive attitude and approach to everything you do
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team to get the best out of them
- Proactive initiative, seeking problems and faults with machinery
- Good IT, literacy and numeracy skills
- Organised and able to plan workload effectively
