The What…

As a Team Member, you will be at the heart of the customer experience!

Your role may include welcoming customers at reception, hosting parties in the lanes, or serving food and drinks at our bar and diner. Your professional and engaging customer service, high energy, and enthusiasm will ensure our customers have an enjoyable and value-for-money experience. Training covers all key areas of the centre, enabling you to support and add value throughout the customer journey. You may also work in the kitchen.

Opening Hours and Shift Patterns:

Our centres are typically open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight. Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, when we require availability from our Team Members. Typical shifts include:

• Weekday AM: 09:00 – 17:00
• Weekday PM: 17:00 – 00:00
• Weekend AM: 09:00 – 18:00
• Weekend PM: 16:00 – 01:00

Shift times may vary by centre. Under 18s may be required to work until midnight, but no later.

You will receive thorough induction and ongoing training, with career development opportunities including apprenticeships and management training.

To succeed as a Team Member, you should have:

• Excellent customer service skills and communication
• High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility with hours and shifts
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
