The What... As a Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience! Your shifts may include welcoming customers at reception, hosting parties, or serving at the bar and diner. Your professional, energetic, and engaging service will ensure customers have an enjoyable and value-for-money experience. Our training covers all key areas, enabling you to support every stage of the customer journey, including potential work in the kitchen.

Opening Hours and Shifts: Centers are open seven days a week, typically from 9am to midnight. Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, when availability is especially needed. Typical shifts:

  • Weekday AM: 09.00 - 17.00
  • Weekday PM: 17.00 - 00.00
  • Weekend AM: 09.00 - 18.00
  • Weekend PM: 16.00 - 01.00

Hours may vary by location, and shift patterns will be confirmed at interview. Under 18s may work until midnight but no later. We provide thorough induction and continuous training, with career development opportunities including apprenticeships and management training.
