- Facilities Team Leader – Swindon, Wiltshire
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a small maintenance team, ensuring high standards of performance.
- Maintain all equipment and centre facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Identify and proactively resolve faults and breakdowns in machinery and infrastructure.
- Coordinate with team members and customers to investigate and address any maintenance issues.
- Participate in the ongoing induction and training programmes to develop leadership and technical skills.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising and motivating a team.
- Strong positive attitude and approach to tasks.
- Good IT literacy and numeracy skills.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to tackle problems independently.
- Organised and able to plan workloads effectively.
- Flexible to varying working hours.
- Background in general maintenance, technical, mechanical or electrical work is desirable.
