As a Kitchen Team Member, you will prepare, cook, and deliver a range of food options while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. You will provide professional, engaging customer service with high energy to ensure guests have a great, value‑for‑money experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the kitchen preparing, cooking and delivering food, whilst maintaining high cleaning and hygiene standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• A real passion for food.
• Great customer service, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• High energy and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• A friendly, supportive and helpful team player.
• Flexibility with working hours and shift patterns.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Opening Hours & Shift Patterns

The centres typically operate seven days a week, from 9 am to midnight, with shift patterns varying by centre and will be confirmed at interview.

• Weekday AM shifts are typically 09:00 – 17:00.
• Weekday PM shifts are typically 17:00 – 00:00.
• Weekend AM shifts are typically 09:00 – 18:00.
• Weekend PM shifts are typically 16:00 – 01:00.
