The What is that you do as a Bar Team Member? You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have perfectly served drinks every time. You’ll keep the bar area spic and span, help make sure the fridges are fully stocked, and work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. With on‑the‑job induction and ongoing training, you’ll learn everything you need to set you up for success and offer career opportunities, including apprenticeship programmes and in‑house management training.
Shift Patterns
- Weekday AM shifts: 09:00 – 17:00
- Weekday PM shifts: 17:00 – 00:00
- Weekend AM shifts: 09:00 – 18:00
- Weekend PM shifts: 16:00 – 01:00
Skills & Qualifications
- Great customer service and the ability to communicate at all levels
- High energy and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Friendly, supportive and helpful team player
- Flexibility with working hours and shift patterns
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
