What We’re Looking For:

  • A 2:2 degree in any subject – your passion and drive are what count most.
  • Some experience in retail, hospitality, or leisure – experience in a customer facing role means you will get off to a great start.
  • The ability to move between centres for placements within a region to get some well-rounded experience.
  • The right to work in the UK – unfortunately, we’re unable to sponsor visas at this time.

Whether you’re a recent graduate or looking to switch industries, this is your chance to build a meaningful career where no two days are the same.

The When… In May/June there will be the screening process this will include a telephone call. In June/July you will be invited to group assessment in your region. If successful you will visit one of our centres to get a more hands-on experience. In October if you are successful, you will meet the rest of the Grads at our launch day and start your journey at your home centre.
