Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a hands-on General Manager to run one of its busy centres. You will create a safe, fun and vibrant environment for your team and customers, with accountability for budget and KPIs.
You will drive four revenue streams—bar, diner, amusements and bowling—and be fully responsible for delivering profit and KPIs while sharing in the centre’s success. Nights and weekends work are expected.
