We\’re looking for an Event Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in growing our client base, driving revenue, and delivering outstanding service experiences.
As an Event Sales Executive , you\’ll be the face of our brand-building relationships with local communities, corporate clients, and customers to showcase everything our venue has to offer. Whether it\’s securing new business or strengthening existing partnerships, you\’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Here\’s some of what you will be doing:
- Driving sales for your centre by creating and implementing robust sales and outreach activity that engage with different groups
- Build and maintain long term relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Proactively source and convert new business opportunities
- Work closely with the centre operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Represent the brand at local events e.g. university open days to build brand presence
- Provide regular reports and insight to management
- Data collection and promotional work e.g. leafleting
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly
To be successful, you\’ll have:
- Previous sales experience (ideally in the hospitality/leisure industry)
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident in approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Full of fresh ideas to drive sales
