Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Deputy Manager in Carlisle for a GM Fast-track. You will cover the centre in the absence of the Centre Manager and lead operations across lanes, bar, diner and amusements while focusing on customer experience and financial targets.
You will train across all key areas, balancing back-of-house duties with hands-on front-of-house leadership. Nights/weekends required, with progression toward General Manager in 12–18 months.
