Overview
The Bar Team Member provides exceptional customer service and ensures drinks are perfectly served. You will keep the bar area clean and help stock fridges. The role is fast-paced and team-focused, and you may be required to work in the Kitchen. You will receive a thorough induction and ongoing training, with development opportunities including apprenticeship programmes and in-house management training.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and engaging customer service, with high energy in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard and ensure customers receive excellent value-for-money experiences.
- Maintain a clean bar area and assist with stock management and fridge replenishment.
- Be flexible with working hours and shift patterns, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Support potential cross-working in the Kitchen as required.
Shift Patterns
- Weekday AM shifts: 09:00 – 17:00
- Weekday PM shifts: 17:00 – 00:00
- Weekend AM shifts: 09:00 – 18:00
- Weekend PM shifts: 16:00 – 01:00

- Great customer service and the ability to communicate at all levels.
