Overview

Hollywood Bowl Group is looking for a Team Member to provide outstanding customer service and contribute to a fun, fast-paced environment. You may be welcoming customers at reception, hosting parties on the lanes, or serving at the bar and diner. You will be trained across all key areas of the centre to support the customer journey, with potential duties in the kitchen.

The What

As a Team Member, you will be at the centre of the customer journey. Shifts vary and may include reception duties, hosting, or serving from the bar and diner. You will be expected to deliver professional, engaging customer service with energy and enthusiasm to ensure a value-for-money experience for every visit.

Team Members are trained across centre operations to provide support at every stage of the customer journey. You may be required to work in the kitchen.

Opening Hours And Shift Patterns

Centres are typically open seven days a week from 9:00 to 00:00. The role is based on weekend work (Friday – Sunday). Evenings, weekends, and school holidays are peak times, so availability is important. Typical shift patterns Friday to Sunday:

  • Weekend AM shifts: 09:00 – 18:00
  • Weekend PM shifts: 16:00 – 01:00

Opening times and shift patterns vary by centre and will be confirmed at interview. Team Members under 18 may work until midnight, but not later.

You will receive a thorough induction and ongoing training, plus career development opportunities including access to apprenticeship programmes and in-house management training.
