The What…
As a Team Member, you will be at the heart of the customer experience! No two shifts are the same—you might welcome customers, host parties, or serve at the bar and diner. Your professional and enthusiastic approach will ensure customers have an enjoyable, value-for-money experience.
Team Members are trained across all key areas, including support roles in the kitchen if needed.
Opening Hours and Shift Patterns
Our centres are open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight. Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, when we seek availability from applicants.
Typical shifts include:
- Weekday mornings: 09:00 – 17:00
- Weekday evenings: 17:00 – 00:00
- Weekend mornings: 09:00 – 18:00
- Weekend evenings: 16:00 – 01:00
Shift times vary by centre, and under-18s may work until midnight. You will receive a thorough induction and ongoing training, with opportunities for career progression, including apprenticeships and management training.
To be successful, you\’ll need:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
