The What…

As a Team Member, you will be at the heart of the customer\’s journey! No two shifts are the same—you might welcome customers at reception, host parties on the lanes, or serve food and drinks at the bar and diner. Your engaging customer service, high energy, and enthusiasm will ensure our customers have a memorable, value-for-money experience.

Team Members are trained across key areas of the centre, enabling you to support and add value throughout the customer experience. You may also be required to work in the kitchen.

Opening Hours And Shift Patterns

Our centres are typically open from 9am to midnight, seven days a week. Our busiest times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, when we often need availability from applicants.

Typical shifts include:

• Weekday mornings: 09:00 – 17:00
• Weekday evenings: 17:00 – 00:00
• Weekend mornings: 09:00 – 18:00
• Weekend evenings: 16:00 – 01:00

Shift times may vary by centre, and those under 18 may work until midnight but no later. You will receive thorough induction, ongoing training, and development opportunities, including access to apprenticeships and management training.

To be successful, you\’ll need:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A friendly, supportive team player
• Flexibility with working hours and shifts
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
