We need a highly motivated Facilities Team Member to work alongside our centre team. You\’ll maintain high standards, ensure our lanes are operational, and liaise with staff and customers about any faults.
You will receive thorough induction, ongoing training, and development, with opportunities to advance into management roles.
Your professional and engaging customer service, high energy, and enthusiasm will ensure our customers enjoy their visits and have a great experience.
To be a successful Facilities Team Member, you\’ll need to:
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively at all levels
- Have high energy and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Be friendly, supportive, and a team player
- Be flexible with working hours and shifts
