As an Assistant Manager in Training (Team Leader), you will lead and inspire the team on shift, ensuring customers have an unforgettable experience. You will start as a Team Leader, with a secured place in the next intake of our Assistant Manager programme, setting you up for future management roles. Your day-to-day duties will vary: welcoming customers, preparing your department, coaching the team, and delivering high-energy, engaging customer service.
Our centres are typically open seven days a week, from 9 am to midnight. The busiest times are evenings, weekends and public school holidays. Typical shift patterns (may vary by centre):
- Weekday AM: 09:00 – 17:00
- Weekday PM: 17:00 – 00:00
- Weekend AM: 09:00 – 18:00
- Weekend PM: 16:00 – 01:00
To be a successful Assistant Manager in Training (Team Leader):
