- Location: Wednesfield, Wolverhampton Full‑time | 08:00–17:00 (1‑hour lunch)

Note: This role will be based across two manufacturing sites.
Applicants must have proven hands-on experience managing BRCGS, ISO and FSC standards.
Unfortunately, candidates without this experience cannot be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Maintain BRCGS, ISO and FSC accreditations.
- Ensure policies, procedures and documentation remain compliant and up to date.
- Plan and carry out internal audits and lead external audits.
- Investigate non-conformances, complete root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and monitor quality performance.
- Deliver compliance training and promote a strong quality culture.
- Work closely with Production, Operations and HR to ensure compliance across the business.
- Produce compliance reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
About You
- Previous experience in a Compliance or Quality role within manufacturing or production.
- Strong knowledge of BRCGS and ISO standards.
- Lead Auditor qualification (desirable).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
