We are looking for a temporary Service Administrator for approximately 1 month. Reliability is important, so we’re looking for someone who can commit to the full duration of the placement.
Location: Lichfield - Fradley / Office Based
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8.30am to 5.00pm
- Manage service administration duties including logging calls, scheduling engineers, updating databases, and keeping customers informed on repairs and orders.
- Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while providing professional and friendly customer service.
- We’re looking for someone highly organised with strong communication skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. SAP knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
