We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to support a busy recruitment function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and Excel skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment team
- Managing and maintaining candidate and recruitment records accurately
- Updating spreadsheets, trackers, and internal databases using Excel
- Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates and hiring managers
- Posting job adverts across multiple platforms
- Preparing recruitment documentation, contracts, and onboarding paperwork
- Monitoring recruitment inboxes and responding to queries professionally
- Producing reports and supporting with recruitment data analysis
- Ensuring all recruitment administration is completed accurately and within deadlines
- Supporting wider HR and administrative tasks where required
- Strong recruitment administration experience within a busy office environment
- Excellent Excel skills, including confident use of spreadsheets, formulas, and data management
- Previous recruitment administration experience is essential
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
