Salary: £28,000 per annum + bonus

This role would also suit a recent graduate with approximately 12 months’ administration experience; degree subject is flexible.

Location: Tamworth | Office Based

Hours: Full time, Permanent | Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 5pm | 1/2 lunch break

We are currently recruiting for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive HR team based in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering a smooth onboarding experience for new starters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Recruitment Officer with interview coordination and onboarding processes
  • Prepare new starter documentation and onboarding paperwork
  • Manage pre-employment communications and onboarding administration
  • Administer right to work, DBS, credit, and financial sanctions checks
  • Collate and process proof of address and reference documentation
  • Liaise with internal departments, including Fleet Administration, regarding new starters
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed prior to employee start dates
  • Provide confidential HR administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties as required
About You
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within HR or recruitment, with strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
  • Professional, discreet, and proactive team player with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
