Salary: £25,000 per annum + Performance-Related Bonus

Location: Tamworth, Office Based

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch) | One day per week: 9:00am – 5:30pm (60-minute lunch)

Previous collections experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to business customers regarding outstanding accounts, with the aim of achieving a first-call resolution.
  • Handle inbound calls relating to overdue accounts and general account enquiries.
  • Process payments securely and accurately over the telephone.
  • Build positive relationships with customers while negotiating suitable payment solutions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

  • A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
