Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage supply chain functions, ensuring strong performance across procurement, inventory, and planning
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise cost, quality, and service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and product development
  • Build and manage effective supplier relationships to ensure value, reliability, and continuity of supply
  • Oversee pricing, costings, and margin analysis to support commercial decision-making
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for improvement and competitive advantage
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and procurement processes
  • Provide reporting, forecasting, and insights to support senior leadership and business planning
About You
  • Proven experience in a Supply Chain Manager or similar leadership role
  • Strong commercial awareness, particularly in procurement, pricing, and cost control
  • Demonstrated success in improving supplier performance and delivering cost efficiencies
  • Experience working cross-functionally within a business environment
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving ability
  • Able to operate both strategically and hands-on when required
