Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage supply chain functions, ensuring strong performance across procurement, inventory, and planning
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise cost, quality, and service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and product development
- Build and manage effective supplier relationships to ensure value, reliability, and continuity of supply
- Oversee pricing, costings, and margin analysis to support commercial decision-making
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for improvement and competitive advantage
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and procurement processes
- Provide reporting, forecasting, and insights to support senior leadership and business planning
- Proven experience in a Supply Chain Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong commercial awareness, particularly in procurement, pricing, and cost control
- Demonstrated success in improving supplier performance and delivering cost efficiencies
- Experience working cross-functionally within a business environment
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving ability
- Able to operate both strategically and hands-on when required
