Location: Hams Hall, Birmingham

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm (½ hour lunch)

Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Office-Based

28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

Option to buy up to 5 extra days holiday per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Log new service calls and liaise with customers.
  • Plan and schedule daily tasks for your allocated service technicians to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain and update the database.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding ongoing orders.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the Service department.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with Joblogic is essential.
  • Proven experience in a varied scheduling / service admin role within a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised with exceptional prioritisation skills.
