Senior Claims Coordinator
£31,930 per annum
Location: Swanley, Kent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Training: Tamworth, Sutton Coldfield – 2 weeks | all expenses paid

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the claims process from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Be the go-to contact for policyholders, insurers, and our field teams.
- Keep workflows and records precise, compliant, and on schedule.
- Lead and support administrative staff, ensuring team performance.
- Coordinate trades and materials, optimising efficiency every step of the way.
- Champion customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering excellence.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in claims handling, customer service, or administration.
