This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator who enjoys working with data, Excel and customer orders, and who can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately from initial receipt through to successful delivery.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with Credit Control regarding customer accounts, credit limits and overdue balances.
  • Work closely with third-party logistics partners to monitor and communicate delivery status.
  • Manage EDI orders and ensure all associated administration is completed accurately and on time.
  • Collate, analyse and prepare sales data and reports using Excel, SAP ECC and internal systems.
  • Provide administrative and reporting support to the National Sales Trainer, including preparation for store visits.
  • Support the wider Sales team with proactive administration, maintaining product knowledge and ensuring efficient day-to-day processes.

About You

  • Previous experience in Sales Administration, Sales Order Processing or a similar customer-focused administrative role.
  • Strong Excel skills, ideally at intermediate level, with confidence working with data and producing reports.
  • SAP ECC experience is highly desirable, alongside knowledge of EDI platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical and accurate approach to work.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A confident and concise communicator with strong customer service skills.
  • Positive, proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • A collaborative team player who takes ownership and is committed to delivering high-quality results.
