We're recruiting for an Inbound Supply Chain Coordinator to join a busy and growing supply chain team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with logistics, planning or import experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on organisation and problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning of inbound container shipments.
  • Coordinate deliveries with warehouses, customers and shipping partners.
  • Monitor vessel schedules and manage any shipment delays.
  • Process import documentation, customs paperwork, duty and VAT information.
  • Update SAP and maintain accurate shipment records.
  • Check and process freight invoices, resolving any discrepancies.
  • Communicate delivery updates with internal teams and external partners.

About You

  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, imports or planning.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel (SAP experience is advantageous).
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, reliable team player with excellent communication skills.
