Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
AAT (or studying towards) with finance/accounts experience? Your attention to detail and understanding of invoices, VAT, costs and financial records will be highly valued in this role, where finance and international logistics come together.
Location: Rugeley (fully office-based)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning of inbound container shipments.
- Coordinate deliveries with warehouses, customers and shipping partners.
- Monitor vessel schedules and manage any shipment delays.
- Process import documentation, customs paperwork, duty and VAT information.
- Update SAP and maintain accurate shipment records.
- Check and process freight invoices, resolving any discrepancies.
- Communicate delivery updates with internal teams and external partners.
About You
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, imports or planning.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel (SAP experience is advantageous).
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, reliable team player with excellent communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
o AAT Qualification or prepared to study towards this.
o Preferential experience within the Logistics sector.
