Key Responsibilities
- IT Support — Act as the first point of contact for technical queries across offices
- Hardware & Software Setup — Configure laptops, devices, and user environments
- Account Management — Assist with user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory tasks
- Cloud Services — Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud platforms
- Infrastructure Support — Learn to support VPNs, WiFi, firewalls, and endpoint security
- Vendor Coordination — Work with external partners to resolve technical issues
- Documentation — Maintain accurate IT procedures and knowledge articles
Skills & Experience
- A degree in IT, Computing, or a related field
- Strong interest in desktop, server, and network technologies
- Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud concepts
- Awareness of device management tools (Intune, Jamf) is a bonus
- Basic understanding of networking (VPNs, firewalls, switches)
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem‑solving skills
