Key Responsibilities

• Carry out commercial and industrial maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Work independently and as part of a team to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and management to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain accurate records and administrative tasks related to job completion.
• Travel to client sites daily, with occasional overnight stays.

What We’re Looking For

• Trade Qualifications in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, or similar.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a maintenance role, demonstrating problem-solving ability and high professional standards.
• F-Gas certification (preferred but not essential).
• Valid ECS Card and Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial maintenance requirements.
• Ability to work flexibly, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work to a high standard.
