We are looking for a motivated and organised Customer Support Advisor to join a busy office-based team in Lichfield. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will support customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order processing from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the external sales team with customer queries, quotations, and order processing
- Manage customer orders from initial enquiry through to final delivery
- Keep customers updated throughout the order process to ensure excellent service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a designated customer base
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate information on products, pricing, and lead times
- Work with procurement on pricing, availability, and direct deliveries
- Maintain customer records, monitor KPIs, and support contractual obligations
- Assist with reporting, client meetings, non-conformance logs, and provide team cover when required
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in an office-based or customer service role
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems is beneficial but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
