Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the London North regional service office, ensuring operational and financial KPIs are achieved and driving continuous improvement.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of field and office-based employees to deliver exceptional customer service and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular account reviews, ensuring high satisfaction levels while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage Service Technician activities to balance customer expectations, operational efficiency, and budgetary targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to maintain service standards, improve processes, and resolve contractual and warranty issues.
  • Oversee staff onboarding, training, and ongoing performance support, ensuring employees have the tools and guidance needed to succeed.

  • Proven experience managing and motivating teams within a customer-facing or service-led environment.
  • Strong understanding of operational and financial KPIs, with the ability to use data to drive performance and continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
