This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in a busy office and operations environment. You will join a friendly team of four and play an important role in coordinating day-to-day work, communicating with installers and customers, and ensuring jobs are scheduled and completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and helpful manner
- Liaising with installers to coordinate and schedule works
- Booking and scheduling jobs to ensure work is completed within required timescales
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate job records
- Generating regular reports and providing administrative support to the wider team
- Preparing and supporting the production of job packs
- Communicating with different stakeholders to resolve queries and keep jobs progressing
- Monitoring outstanding work and following up where required
- Providing general administrative and operational support to the team
- Working collaboratively within a team of four to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
About You
- A recent graduate with minimum 6 months office admin experience
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Confident speaking to people over the phone and via email
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and changing priorities
- A good communicator with a professional and positive attitude
- IT literate and confident using Microsoft Office and other computer systems
- Able to work independently but also enjoys being part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and keen to learn
