Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4.30pm

This is a key leadership position for an ambitious, results-driven individual who can combine strong people management with commercial acumen. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing talent, implementing effective sales strategies and ensuring the team consistently delivers against agreed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of 18 sales professionals to consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Drive a high-performance sales culture, ensuring the team remains focused, productive and commercially driven.
- Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and coaching sessions to maximise individual and team performance.
- Identify, recruit and successfully onboard new talent to support the continued growth of the sales function.
- Take ownership of sales performance reporting, analysing key metrics and providing regular updates to the Managing Director and Board.
- Manage sales budgets and ensure resources are aligned with commercial objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to support sustainable business growth.
- Monitor market trends, customer activity and competitor performance to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, systems and ways of working, driving continuous improvement across the function.
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for delivering agreed objectives, while maintaining a positive, collaborative and high-performing culture.

- Proven experience managing and developing a sizeable sales team.
- A strong track record of delivering revenue and profit growth.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring and people-development skills.
- Strong communication, influencing and leadership capabilities.
- A commercially focused and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- The ability to translate business strategy into clear, measurable and actionable plans.
- A proactive, resilient and results-focused approach, with a genuine drive to achieve and exceed targets.
