Account Manager (Charity) Part-Time Salary: £40,000 Pro Rata (£24,000 Actual) Location: Sutton Coldfield (Hybrid) Flexible hours – perfect for those with school or personal commitments Impactful work – help organisations grow, thrive, and change lives Hybrid setup – a balance of home-working and in-person collaboration Purpose-driven team – work alongside a supportive, compassionate consultancy Real variety – from start-ups to national charities, no two clients are the same Lead and deliver effective bid and tender writing campaigns, ensuring compelling and tailored submissions Manage full grant application cycles – from identifying opportunities and writing applications to monitoring and reporting outcomes Provide strategic guidance across multiple income streams, with approximately 50% of the work focused on grant funding and the remainder across other fundraising methods Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the charity and social impact sectors Support clients in a fractional leadership capacity, stepping into various roles depending on their needs 3+ years\’ experience in grant, bid, or tender writing with a strong success rate ~ A solid understanding of the charity and non-profit landscape, ideally with experience working across organisations of different sizes ~ Experience managing client relationships and delivering consultancy-style support ~ A preference for candidates with Senior Leadership or strategic management experience ~ Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage workload independently in a remote/hybrid environment ~
