Location: Sutton Coldfield | Office based 5 days a week

House: Monday to Friday | 40 hours

Holidays: 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Our client is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to support a growing business, delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services to commercial clients. This role will support engineering teams and management with job scheduling, client coordination, procurement, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily and weekly job scheduling for engineering teams
  • Liaise with engineers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Manage planned and reactive maintenance jobs
  • Handle procurement tasks related to service delivery
  • Maintain accurate job records and documentation
  • Manage client accounts and provide administrative support
  • Assist with quotes, completion certificates, service reports, and invoicing
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with Health & Safety regulations
