Location: Walsall | Office Based
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm (45 min lunch) | Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm (30 min lunch)

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare all required export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure all exports are compliant with VAT regulations and maintain strict adherence to export regulations.
- Organise the despatch of goods and coordinate with internal teams and external freight forwarders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for freight forwarders and manage the logistics of export shipments.
- Ensure correct invoicing and handle the raising of credit notes where necessary.
- Maintain export files with the correct proof of export documentation for auditing purposes.
- Manage shipments, ensuring all compliance steps are followed.
- Liaise directly with customers regarding export logistics and provide excellent customer service.

- Proven experience in export operations, with a deep understanding of compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of when and how to apply for relevant export documentation.
