We are representing a highly reputable organisation seeking a proactive and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Executive Officer. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEOβs inbox, including drafting responses and prioritising urgent matters.
- Maintain an accurate diary, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Prepare, proofread, and handle correspondence with the utmost attention to detail.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems and organise key documentation.
- Ensure the CEO is kept informed of critical and time-sensitive matters.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Communicate professionally with customers, partners, and suppliers as required.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of organisational activities to support executive decision-making.
- Execute delegated tasks, ensuring timely completion and feedback.
- Coordinate and distribute monthly board papers and other executive-level documentation.
- Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, car hire, and visa arrangements.
- Arrange business meetings, lunches, and other appointments.
- Manage and coordinate company events, including off-site meetings, charity initiatives, and seasonal celebrations.
- Provide administrative assistance to other senior executives when required.
- Support general office and administrative duties as needed.
