What You’ll Do
- Process e-commerce orders and support day-to-day administration
- Respond to customer enquiries and maintain high service standards
- Support with quotations, order entry, and customer communication
- Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and stock information
- Monitor sales and order data, identifying any errors or discrepancies
- Assist with pricing checks and basic margin monitoring
- Keep customer and sales records accurate and organised
- Support improvements to e-commerce processes and administration
- Liaise with internal teams including purchasing, marketing, and customer service
- Provide general support to the Ecommerce Account Manager
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with systems, data, and spreadsheets
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Previous experience in e-commerce, administration, sales support, or customer service would be beneficial
