Location: Coleshill | Office Based

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9am to 5pm | 35 hours per week

Holidays - 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

This is a busy, front-end claims role focused primarily on the handling of new claims. You will be the first point of contact for customers, taking incoming calls and accurately capturing all relevant claim information before passing cases through to the appropriate internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls relating to new claims
  • Taking detailed and accurate information at the first point of contact
  • Logging and organising claim details clearly and efficiently
  • Ensuring all records and documentation are maintained accurately
  • Passing completed claim files to the relevant departments for progression
  • Providing a professional and supportive customer experience throughout
Skills & Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service role is essential
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence required
